winter's coming

these past two weeks have been crazy. i've been so busy with school and the weather here has taken a turn for the weird thanks to hurricane sandy. i wore my lovely new j. crew peacoat for the first time a couple weeks ago which is the first sign (for me) that winter's on its way.

daphne has long been one of my favourite models. with her platinum blond hair, barely there eyebrows and enviable pout, its difficult not to be pulled in by her charm. i've decided to do a post similar to this one show casing this gorgeous gal. all of the pictures i'll be using are from daphne's shoot with peter lindbergh for numero #127.

i got these cool pants a couple weeks ago and i admit, i'm in love. i usually wear a lot of black and white during the winter and i've been looking for an alternative to jeans or leggings for ages....these pants are so cool and incredibly soft! i have to admit, as much as i love summer, i'm looking forward to bundling up by the fire :) hope you're having a great summer!
